Over the coming weeks we will be migrating to a new, faster, more powerful server for all of our clients website hosting.
To keep downtime to a minimum and create a fully transparent process, we have created this help page to give you any information you may need.
What will happen to my website?
Your website, all of your files, images and content will be seamlessly moved across to the new server. There is nothing you need to do.
Will I need a new domain name?
No. Your domain name will be moved across with the website and all DNS functions will be updated automatically.
Will there be any downtime?
There may be a very small window where you experience minimal downtime as the new nameservers propagate across the internet.
Is there anything I need to do?
If you currently access your emails via webmail, you will need to backup any emails you wish to keep. If you already use a desktop email client such as Outlook, Mail, Thunderbird etc… you should already have local backups of your emails.
Will I incur any charges?
No. You will not incur any additional charges. You will continue to be billed exactly the same as you currently are.
